To help you get started, we have developed the Stress at eye level workshop. Here you'll get a common language for stress and pressure, map out your most important friction points and design 2-3 concrete collaboration habits. We work at eye level with short inputs, facilitated dialogues and simple approaches (e.g. weekly rhythm, “praise + advice” feedback), so you can feel the difference in everyday life. The workshop can be customised for teams, managers and HR.
